“Insomnia And Depression Run In My Family – Diagnosed “Classic” Migraine Headache Sufferer – Then, I tried Prozac, Paxil And Effexor”

“I must write to tell you how pleased and excited I am with F&Q. I have been taking two capsules twice a day for two months my stress and insomnia and have already experienced many positive results. After about one week my friends commented that my eyes were much clearer and brighter and my skin looked better.

Maybe that’s because of less “stress and insomnia,” I’m not sure but I’ll take it!

On top of that I have noticed a definite improvement in my memory and clearer brain function.

I also sleep much better. Insomnia was a problem for almost two years. Every day now I feel very mentally alert and have lots of energy – both physical and mental with improved memory.

For some time I have been under quite a bit of stress. I have been feeling very moody and feeling down and just couldn’t concentrate and remember even simple things. I just couldn’t seem to snap out of it.

Since I have started taking F&Q, I have felt great every single day! I feel serene and confident and able to handle anything. It’s wonderful to have a good attitude every day and if F&Q did nothing else — I would continue to use it because of this great benefit to me.

But now my whole family, including my husband, three sons, my mother and sister are now using F&Q and I can’t wait to see what positive health benefits they will experience.

My mother already notices that she is sleeping better, her restless leg syndrome has vanished and her memory has improved also. It’s great to be able to share something so great with the ones you love and care about. We run the whole spectrum from young adults, middle aged and senior citizen. I love it! Thank you.”

“Alzheimer’s Disease And Dementia I Was Told That There Was No Hope… There Was No Natural Alternative Cure Or Medicine That Was Really Effective And That He Would Get Progressively Worse And Worse”

“Alzheimer’s disease and dementia symptoms were diagnosed to my husband at 73 years of age.

I was told that there was no hope. There was no natural alternative cure or medicine that was really effective for treating Alzheimer and Dementia, and that he would get progressively worse and worse.

In fact, there weren’t even alzheimer’s disease drugs or Dementia medicine treatments prescribed, so I took him home to care for him with little hope for a remedy for his brain aging health disease (but a strong belief in God).

I felt someone someday would do some good and find an alternative to traditional medicine for his Alzheimer’s. The doctor wanted me to put him in the care of a nursing home because on top of the Alzheimer’s symptoms, he also had a bad heart.

I refused, and said I would do my best to care for him at home.

I heard about F&Q from a friend and decided to order it as the price was affordable and available in the USA.

On three capsules a day, I noticed signs of improvement in his Alzheimer’s disease symptoms. His forgetfulness started to leave him, his memory improved and he started to remember things and even started to dress himself properly. Sound hard to believe? It was!

Prior to taking F&Q, he would put on two of the same garment, sometimes inside out and with both socks on one foot.

Other improving signs the alzheimer’s disease was getting better, was when he started to converse and answer the phone. He is not nervous anymore and although he can’t completely say prayers, he can say them partially now. Praise the Lord.”

“ADHD Grandson, Age 7, Who Was On Ritalin And Was Always The Troublemaker Last Year In School”

“My ADHD story; Within 3 weeks from beginning the F&Q, my Grandson, age 7, who was on Ritalin for his ADHD and was always the troublemaker last year in school, has since become the best behaved child in his class this year. The amount of prescription medication has been decreased to almost none at all.

Before he began taking F&Q his memory was poor, his ability to learn very deficient, he had trouble showing true emotion, was antagonistic at any time, and had to see a ADHD psychologist on a weekly basis. He was diagnosed as having ADHD.

This school year he and one other child have not had to be disciplined by their teacher out of a large class of 27 children. The school counselor is amazed. The difference appears to be the 3 capsules he takes each day: 2 in the a.m. before breakfast and 1 just after coming home from school.

There is such a difference in the child, his parents will do without something else rather than not have F&Q available daily. What a difference it is making in the entire family and in their relationships.”

Case Study 4

“Anxiety And Depression – I’m One Of 32 Professional Educators Who Participated In A Double Blind Clinical Trial – Who Are Convinced They Are Over-Worked, Under-Paid, Adrift In A Sea Of Apathy With A “Class From Hell”

Anxiety and depression was the main topic last school year. Dear Fellow Educator, I was one of 32 professional educators who participated in the anxiety and depression double blind clinical trial of F&Q last year. I have been asked to relate some of my observations and those of other participants during the clinical trial. As you will see, some have direct implications to the classroom, some deal with interpersonal situations, some are just fun.

One of my vivid recollections of the clinical trial was a game we played, called “Who is and Who isn’t”. None of us knew who had the experimental formula and who had a placebo. Several of us would observe the anxiety and depression behavior of the other participants to see if we could guess who was on the experimental formula and who had the placebo. We observed our peers (Who Is) to be more relaxed and slow to anger. Their interactions with peers and students were significantly more positive, they seemed much more forward looking in their outlook concerning their professional and their personal lives, and their absentee rate was significantly lower (there was no need for “mental health” days).

Conversely, our observations of those participants taking a placebo (Who Isn’t) consisted of the same things one would hear and see in any teacher’s lounge in the United States. Everyone was convinced they had the “class from hell”, they were over worked and under paid, they felt alone and adrift in a sea of apathy and negativism, and in general they felt trapped and out of control. However, do not feel badly for these participants because this was a double blind study. They soon had the experimental formula. After the trial was complete, I checked our unofficial observation data and much to my amazement we were 100% correct!

I would be very remiss if I did not recount the amazing transformation of one of our administrators who participated in the study. I feel some background information is necessary. Before 1:00 p.m. a grunt from this person was a complete sentence. He had a large office with sterile white walls filled with cold steel furniture. His desk was so large that we used to kid him, claiming that it put him in a different time zone. One Monday morning during the clinical trial we arrived to witness a most amazing site. During the weekend he had painted the walls of his office a soft blue and had hung pictures. Gone was the steel, and in its place was warm wood furniture with over-stuffed chairs. With our collective mouths ajar he told us he had always wanted a “warm inviting office where people wanted to sit and chat with him”.

As I’ve recounted these tales to people, they always ask me how such overt behavioral changes are possible, and how the individual demonstrating these changes cannot be cognizant of them. It is really quite simple. This nutritional formulation provides the brain with the raw materials in the concentration it needs to be neuro-chemically balanced. Peers and spouses always notice the change long before the individual taking the product does. My wife knows and reminds me if I have forgotten to take mine.

I have been a professional educator for over fifteen years. My story is no different than any other educator in this country. The difference is that I am neuro-chemically balanced and I choose to remain that way. This allows me to face each day, come what may, with a positive mental attitude. As a teacher I am always willing to try anything that might help me in the classroom. I hope you are willing to give this a try.”
